Currently the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society has a program that they ran back in May entitled "Stem Cell Transplantation: Dialogue with the experts" archived at their site, it's full of lots of information about HSCTs, you can watch or listen to it (although you need to download Real Player) or just download the transcript.
