Still in my first week

Today is day 4.

I haven't been sleeping well and my family returns tomorrow night from outside the country. When my family returns and the routine begins again I need to dig deeper to keep going. But today is my focus and I am doing well. Unfortunately I am getting fat. I have been eating and eating since I decided to stop kissing the bottle. I care about my health which is why I'm here but I do worry that I will exchange one bad habit for another. My goal today is to clean the house for their return and do my daily exercises.
