Stress at work. Got back from break. Right before break had to deal with some health issues. Had to come back where the health issue Afro n the first place. Constant worry and a lot of stress.

Have you tried any calming techniques? Slow deep breaths in and out when you feel it's too much? I find this helps me when I remember to use it

@WiredWrongWoman Those things help. I do them sometimes. It’s when you have to deal with longer term things. It gets rough.
