Struggling to cope 2 months after finding out about my husband's affair. He says it's over with the OW, but I'm not convinced. He works overseas (has done for 2.5 years) and it's been a month since I have seen him but he is coming home on Monday for a week. I don't know what to expect and have gone back to the dark place I was in when I first found out, crying all the time and unable to think about anything else. I have tried so hard to be strong and fight for my marriage, but I don't know how much more I can take without getting anything back.

I didn't like this answer when I first got on here, but you should get a therapist for BOTH of you to go to (when possible) and have them help you work through it. Therapy was very eye opening for me. We ended up waiting until after his third affair and it is too late now. (But I also have the problem of my husband being a narcissist). And it would also benefit you too to go to the therapist individually while your husband is away. They are great at helping you sort through your feelings and help you reduce your stress.
