So I just joined this group and I'm not totally sure how it works, but I figured it would be worth it to check it out. I just got out of inpatient last week, and now I have to start PHP (partial hospitalization program- i.e. day program) and I'm very nervous about it. I don't know whether I want to recover. I mean, I do, I guess. But I'm having such a hard time. Any advice??
