The angry moments

we have those moments like last night where my mother in law had gone to visit her daughter for the day, (this was a new thing we were trying) she loves to go out like to the grocery and such, so we thought that her going to her daughters for the day would be good. that is until we got home and she saw her husband (who is a parapalegic) and doesn't go anywhere and accused him of cheating on her and where's he been all day. it was not pleasant..anyone go thru that? she thinks that people are going thru her clothes and she wouldn't eat her dinner. any ideas on this? what could we have done differently or whatever..we are really kinda learning about this as my hubby and i have only been married a year and she wasn't this bad last year. we want to give her a fullfilling happy life and no trauma/drama. thanks for any advice. holly

Maybe, you could try to talk to her calmly and find out what is really bothering her, and also to tell her that no one is touching her things because you have respect for her. Hopefully, everything will work out. God bless you.

thanks marcie..i appreciate the support...we do talk to her calmly..it just takes time for the "angry" moment to pass..sometimes quicker than most..here lately since we have been getting her out more she has done better...but her ex husband who is deceased always cheated on her and she unfortunatly remembers that part of her life...oh well..we learn everyday..thanks and God bless you also. holly
