The past few days I have been waking up in a panic. I really don't understand why. Does this
have anything to do with menopause?
Do you feel anxiety about anything else?
@CKBlossom YES MENO CAUSES ANXIETY …IS MECHELL AROUNF THESE DAYS…SHE HAS ALOT OF GREAT IDEAS…BUT KEEP VENTING.
Hello and welcome to support groups. So sorry I haven't been able to answer until now.
Absolutely yes! Anxiety is a huge part of perimenopause /menopause but thre are a few ways to help naturally. The mineral magnesium is a huge help to me but you just be careful with magnesium since it is also a natural diuretic and can cause bathroom issues if the right kind is not used. 400mg of magneisum glyconate a day can really help anxiety and panic attacks. 5000iu of vutamin d can also be extremely helpful and is consodered "natures happy pill". I also discovered that a 30 minute walk every day can really reduce my anxiety.
I hope this helps and you stop in often for support when you need it. You are definitely not alone.
You can Google the list of 34 menopause symptoms it's helpful to know what all of them are so you know that it is "normal" when you experience them.
@mechele Hi, thank you. It is okay I know everyone gets busy at times. I will try to find this online or in store thank you. It will be awesome if I can get this to go away. It doesn’t last a long time it but I rather not start my day off like this you know. I will google that.
