Therapy goals: (I need someone to hold me accountable it's hard to stick to it.)
+ affirmations
Deep breathing/ mediation
Also, when needed I will schedule activities to reduce stress (this is the easiest of the list). The other stuff I need to practice daily.

I made a playlist for that and I need to play 2 videos from it a day. That sounds doable. It’s a mixture of deep breathing exercises, + affirmations and meditation in general.
