This is my emotional support dog Lylah, She has helped me through so much. I originally got her to help with anxiety, which she does wonderfully, but she has also helped me not self harm to an extreme extent. Because of her I have not cut in a very long time even though some times in this past year I have badly wanted too, but when I look into her beautiful brown eyes I just can't bring myself to hurt someone ( as in me ) that she loves so much. Whenever I am sad she always cuddles with me or plays with me. Often when I'm crying she will try to lick my tears away which always makes me laugh and I end up playing with her. She has this power to sense whenever anyone is upset and she will do her best to make it better. I love her so much and I highly reccomend getting one if someone has anxiety, stress, self harms, or even has an eating disorder. Mostly because how can you hurt yourself when there's someone out there relying on you, loving you, appreciating you, and trying to help you with all of their heart. Thank you for reading.

I can't tell if the picture is showing but she is a tri colored chihuahua who is a little over a year old.
@AllisonH0099 -she is beautiful! -May I ask how you got her, was it through a certain organization? -I truly think so many of us would benifit from a therapy dog. (I have two dogs that truly are my therapy, but they r not therapy trained dogs!)
Heres a link to her picture if anyone wants to see her

@pickone I am so sorry you lost her or him, but yes emotional support dogs are so much help, I feel like even if I lose her I would still have that feeling of love and support I get from her now.
@pickone Thank you so much, I greatly appreciate that.
