This weekend would have been okay if I didn't have an anxiety attack on Friday. I hate panicking like that I always get like this I ask so many "what if" questions I get a huge headache.

My anxiety usually is sticks with one thought that just won't go away, rather than going on a tangent of "what ifs." It sounds pretty frustrating though to have those runaway thoughts that just cause more and more panic. What do you usually do to help the anxiety calm down?
