Even a short walk, a bit of yoga, or light stretching can have a positive impact on your mental health. Try to incorporate some form of physical activity into your daily routine and if you are being asked what you want for the Holidays, consider asking for a gym membership, a yoga pass, a spinning pass, something new and different.
After being sick for over a week, getting back into working out and I cannot believe how much better I feel already!
