today I binged alittle bit.. I feel pretty gross right now and I don't know really what to do but I just feel the need to get the food out of my system.. I know I shouldn't purgeand I never have but I just feel so gross.. I just like kept eating and eating and I wanted to stop but I felt so weak and out of control with the food in front of me

Maybe going for a walk or taking a shower could ease your mind of the guilt you feel? I'm sorry you felt weak, but it's incredibly strong to share your experiences.
