Today I won't have any food.
You need to at least eat something. If you don't eat, your body will be hungry, and you're more likely to binge. Though it's tough, you can't let food be the master. You have to be your own master.

I’ll eat a ganola bar each time I’m hungry… Is that better?
Much. But remember, (and I hate this about my body too, don't forget); each time I eat, I'm hungry, and even after 1 hr., my body still craves food. But if you just wait for the food to settle, you'll stop feeling hungry. (And the funny part is, even 2 hr. after I eat and I drink a little bit of water, it starts the hunger pangs again. I just try to ignore it as best as I can.)
Your most welcome. Support always helps (and it can also help me curb the binges by getting away from the fridge and to the computer!)
Why would they flip because you've been having full meals?
@avatarrules123
Because I haven’t fully relapsed yet in the whole restriction phase yet.
Your parents are there for you; never forget that. They only want to help and they only want what's best for you. They won't flip or hate you just because you're having problems with food.
And anyway, you're alone in the world of EDs. Plenty of people can relate and help you with stories of success and such. Knowledge is power!!
Successfully filling up at a meal will most likely decrease your chances of having a binge episode. And if it doesn't, don't beat yourself up!!! It's a struggle to change for the better, but the only failure you'll ever make in life is when you stop trying to succeed.
@avatarrules123
I ate a muffin.
It's good that you're trying to eat healthy instead of binge. I know how hard it is to binge, then feel horrible about it later. But you're beautiful and you've been created to be that way. Don't let anyone (especially yourself) tell you differently.
@avatarrules123
I’m going to eat a taco now so I can get my hair dyed. I know it isn’t fully restricting but it kind of is in comparison to eating full 3 meals a day and snacks
Have you ever tried mirror imaging? Once you wake up, you face the mirror and say 3 good things about yourself. I've been doing it about a month and found that it really helps up my mood for the day ahead and helps stop my emotional binging episodes.
