Ok guys! Tomorrow is day one! I'm doing the Supreme 90 Day system. I got my dvds, I got my exercise ball, I got my weights, and I went grocery shopping!
Have any of you done the supreme 90 day system?
I did the BeachBody 90 day program a few years ago after I had my second baby-it was a great kickstart.
It is hard, I won't kid you, but it is worth it!
