I'm having auditory of hallucinations rn of gunshots , sirens , alarms , people screaming etc . I'm also hearing voices in my head and I feel like I'm going to have a psychotic episode . I need support rn

If the hallucinations are so severe, I strongly suggest you seek medical attention. Psychosis is not something that will get better without intervention.

I can't imagine what you must be going threw...please get intervention. All we want is for you to have peace of mind.

if you are a good person do not hurt yourself. fight back against the bad people you know.

He is a great person…however what does that have to do with anything? I pray that no one hurts themselves wether they be good or not. That form of duality might just be masking some tucked away issues…
