Unsure. Been cutting for several yrs during extreme emotional times and a trauma anniversary. Usually get through it all relatively well but this time the urge has remained for the past week and I dont know if I can keep from cutting again. I cut several times when the urge first hit and managed to fight doing it again but now I am reaching out for help. Dont think I can continue fighting the urge on my own this time. Not suicidal just want the urge to csuse myself pain to go away.
i have flash backs also more than one traumatic issue, just know that when you dont cut its a victory in Gods eyes he will use all bad for goood to restore us look up every morning when you wake up love you bc you are loved thats why you are here we all have a great calling through our pain the light will shine not the dark. when you dont cut your walking throught the valley of shadow of death instead of pitching a tenant there when you dont cut your walking it out. you are loved
