Walk This Weigh- end of week 1

Good morning all!!

Today is end of week one! We did it!!!

It felt great getting out and walking (almost) everyday. I did 180 minutes this week and lost 4lbs. I know the importance of this program is just to move and get active but the weight loss was a great addition. I have noticed I am more positive and the stress level has been down.

I hope everyone had a great week. I would love to hear how well you all have done. Please post and share your accomplishments.

So cheers to week one and looking forward to week two.... I am excited.

Correction: I did another walk last night and that brought me up to 210 minutes for the week!! woot-woot!!


Hello Everyone! Congrats to you on your success thus far. Yay! I actually had a great work out week last week mixed with running and walking. I walked at least 4 hours and ran for 2 hours total for the week. Sorry that I didn't keep more accurate track. But it really did feel fantastic. And, I went shopping over the weekend and my usual size was slipping off of me...kind of shocking. So, that's the icing on the cake to a healthy work-out week. Thanks so much for setting this up.
