d gf you just brought me back to the old serenity club back up in massachusetts where i first got sober back in the olden days..her name was bernice an old timer and it was the saturday morning disscussion meeting and i remember her saying this and i was in such aahhh thanks for sharing it, that was a great time in my life. much love hun
I am so glad you are doing well. ONE day at a time. Don't put too much pressure on yourself. I think sometimes that we can be our own worst critic. I'm doing ok. Feeling a bit overwhelmed, I stayed up super late last night to finish a homework assignment (master's degree.. UGH??!?! what am I thinking) and then this morning came WAAY to fast and off to work. Take care and believe in yourself because there IS hope!!!!
