I just got done writing all about it here and then somehow the whole post got deleted.
We went to Sandy Hill Days ,watched some good bands danced, carnivaled it up, food, crafts and Last night huge fireworks. It has always been the first weekend after school goes back. It was really good.Glad we went.
The fireworks at the end of the night were spectacular and really gave a meaning to the end of the day.
We went to Church this morning and spent the rest of the day quietly at home.Katie is making a rubber band ball
well over 2 inches around already . I made spaggatti
Tuesday September 14th is my first therapy appt. in a long time.
I am looking forward to meeting my counselor she sounded really nice on the phone, I hope I will feel comfortable.
I hope to unload a ton of baggage, that has been building up, it is the best place to talk about what is bothering me confidentially,
Yeah you can write it here, but if you are looking for answers the best place is in counseling because the answers we are looking for are actually inside of us we just need to mull through and find the "correct" answers.
