Food for thought:
Do you feel you are surviving or thriving right now?
If you said surviving, what are some steps from the blog you think you might try?
If you said thriving, what are some steps you took to get to this moment?
What is one piece of advice you would give someone else?

As always, thank you for your love and support,
Team SG

If you suffer from migraines, visit the doctor and get checked out. I started getting them when I was 16 and did not know at the time I was beginning my lifelong battle with MS. If I had gone to the doctor, I might have been diagnosed then and not in my mid-forties during the worst time in my life where I was a wrong step away from murder or suicide. At that time, I learned of my wife's infidelity and was unstable and misdiagnosed with Parkinson's disease. A simple scan of my brain a short time later showed that my brain was full of lesions. The most damage I have taken over the years is in the area of my brain responsible for emotions. If I had followed my advice, I still might be happily married compared to now divorced and trying to rebuild my life while keeping a very tenuous peace with my ex-wife for the sake of our children. Learn from my mistakes and go to the doctor if you have migraines because the brain is too important not to take care of.

@John99 This is such an important reminder, don’t ignore medical issues at all. They rarely go away on their own and it is in everyone’s best interest to get checked and get the all clear or an early diagnosis. Thank you.
