Stay strong, I know it's painful to hear. But music really helps me to keep my mind of cutting. Perhaps it will help you too! :)
It's okay if you have a break down. Don't beat yourself up if it happens. I always used to get so mad at myself which could make things get a lot worse, I know it's frustrating and disheartening but it's okay to accept that this is a really hard battle to fight and sometimes you lose. And in the future you are going to win, and every win is a reason to be stoked:)
