Well, my pulmonary doctor wants me to have a sleep study, so I did some research. I didn't want to do it, but I can now see that it could be important. Is it helping any of you here with COPD?

@CKBlossom hi!! I’m ok. I was just down in Texas visiting my family. It was so nice down there. Then, I get back home, and it is cold and rainy. It doesn’t seem to have effected my breathing, but it is wrecking havoc on my mental health. lol…how are you?
