Had a panic attack & I just can't sleep. It's 1am & I'm so tired but I really can't sleep

i can't sleep cuz of bipolar

@Rachelhale I need to go to the doctor so I can get diagnosed. Idk what’s wrong with me I just know I have an awful anxiety disorder
