Well this is my first time posting on this site. Bear with me as this is all new to me. I just dislike being so anxious. It makes me self conscious and I am really tired of feeling so anxious all the time.

You're not alone! Sometimes you really have to try hard to distract yourself until the anxiety diminishes. I like to watch reality television (I know it's bad), Netflix, draw, read (if I can focus), research something unrelated to mental health, do beginner exercise videos on YouTube especially Zumba and yoga. Zumba is very fast paced but you really get distracted and begin to trust your body again.
