I read, call a good supportive friend, go outside, listen to CDs, walk my dog. Try not to do too much shopping, as that just creates a whole new set of problems. Forgot to mention I also knit prayer shawls for my church which we bless and pass on to others (members or not.) Just whoever needs them.
