Planning...and I will say this now it can get boring. But to ease this I ask my boyfriend help me prep and we cook it together. That way I have some to talk to, support and a healthy meal. I always eat breakfast, no question asked. It's important to me and if I don't I eat so much more through out the day. I balance my meals with Fruits and veggies but I do eat junk food just not all the time. Transition, slowly add more healthier food to your meal. Also pinterest is a great way to find good meals without all the ads. Let me know how it goes, you have my full support

For me it meant shopping by list ONLY! The only exception is if I'm throwing in fruit or vegetables my eye catches, and NEVER grocery shop hungry! Planning meals in advance is also helpful. I started by slowly adding in healthy options, vegetables, fruits, non fat yogurt (flavored! I'm no martyr!) And I gave up frying foods and sodas. Week by week I saw places in my diet I could improve on and made changes. After a few weeks your body feels so good you really begin to appreciate eating better and fast food loses its appeal because it doesn't make you feel as good as a healthy meal. I use to be addicted to McDonalds, had it every week of my life from 6 months old to 50 years old but have no desire for it anymore. Your body will transition itself over just a few weeks/months. And you will feel so much better! :-)
