I am always looking for natural ways to help subside my stress and anxiety, which has been through the roof lately. My anxiety has been consistent all day and most of the day for the past week. Running has helped me a lot, but it's a temporary fix. I'll go for a great run, come home, feel super relaxed and then a few hours later the anxiety will kick in again.
I would love to know if you have any tips on how you deal with and combat stress and anxiety. Thank you so much!
I usually drink a cup of linden tree leaves infusion in the morning and every few hours when I am particulary anxious.

Kava tablets and tea actually help. you can get them at a natural/vitamin/health store.
