You are so right Marcie, that is such a positive way to start a day and I believe that if everyone took a moment out of their morning to pray and meditate, then it would keep their energy positive. Therefore, they would only want to spread positivity and not negativity. It certainly helps me so much. When I pray and meditate, my energy is automatically light and positive.
