broke my 4th phone this month all because my brain isnt working this morning ...I just wanna be relativly content and its not going to happen.

We all take our anger out in different ways. You so happen to take it out by breaking things and it seems majority of the times its your things. I know its not good but its better that you are taking them out on things rather than someone. I will still encourage you to research anger management tips and try different ones out until you find one that helps you cope with your anger. When i first started dealing with my anger i use to break things and i escalated over the years to taking it out on people. I pray that you get better before that happens. When you are angry try to throw something around like your pillows(throw them on the floor or bed not at things that can be broken) until all your frustration is out. In the end no one was hurt or none of your things are going to be broken. Just a suggestion, but again research tips that will help you cool off.
