Change is an inevitable part of life, but that doesn’t make it easy. While many factors contribute to our resistance to change, a significant portion of it can be attributed to our mental and emotional frameworks. Nice one! I will exercise patience. Meanwhile, is there somewhere I can read up about the features of the new site for myself? Joining a new group? Posting to a group if I am not a member? Bookmarks? A set of “my groups”? Information gives me a better sense of control and stability

You don’t have to be a member of a group and you don’t have to join a group as the old site was set up. The others we shared yesterday:

Go to the 3 lines icon
Click Edit icon (pencil) to just show the groups and sub groups you want to follow
Click Edit icon (pencil) to choose the tags you want to follow!

In this example, we went to the Mental Heath Group, hit the bell icon and then this menu pops up.
