Why is it that the promise to yourself to stop binging seems the strongest right after you binged... It gets weaker and weaker the more time passes. Ugh.
What if the promise is drastically changed, like I wonder what it would be like if your promise to yourself after a binge would be to forgive yourself, remember how strong you have been, and that a set back won't keep you from slipping?

I make the exact same promises every time I go through a binge. I try to remember how horrible it was but suddenly the next day I just want to do it again. Stay strong xo
