Would anyone like to share where they were with their weight and eating habits this time last year, how the end of the year was,how they started 2021 and where they are now?
So last year I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's, my thyroid is slowing dying. It is very hard for me to loose weight, but I am working out everday and I see results. I have worked out hard for years, but I have added a lot of weight training and that has shown definite results.
I do Whole 30 about 2 times a year and eat gluten free.
@CKBlossom weight training is definitely a good way to burn off fat, keep the muscle you have and build.
I need to do more of that.
Last year I let my weight go up a little.
My January I was getting a little concerned. Today I am back where I was March 2020.
I’m sorry to hear that your thyroid is messed up. I know that doesn’t help anything. But you are clearly a strong person who is fighting to be your best.
