Went to the corner store to get a newspaper because my daughter was in it. Felt a strong urge to go to the cooler to get some nice cold beer!!! I DIDN'T!! I walked out with only a newspaper! Feels good to accomplish that. I tell you I confuse the workers there. I quit smoking and drinking. Their gas prices are high so I don't get gas there anymore. They are like what the heck LOL!!! I FEEL GREAT! Only downside is I am feeling major anxiety this evening. I want to crawl out of my own skin!!!
oh that is so wonderful! YOU GO GIRL. that takes alot of strength and courage. you may feel some anxiety cuz of withdrawals but i am so proud of you! you can do it!
