Please remember depression isn't "your fault". It happens, but the good news is it is treatable with the right lifestyle changes.....sometimes medicine and therapy can help too. (I've had it before and I remember how sluggish and blah I felt and I knew this wasn't the real me so I sought help and so glad I did) I hope you see positive changes too with daily changes....
