Yesterday I had to go to a diner but I started to hold up the line and by the time I got to my seat I was shaking violently. Anyone have any advice for when you feel like everybody is staring at you?

Hello Dear, I am a long time sufferer to this nonsense disorder. The best thing can do is distract yourself. Count, or focus on somethng in the room, not someone. Look at the children, smile at them. If there is no kids, are their pets, etc... Focus on a more pleasant view and keep telling yourself that you are fine and no one is looking at you. Or, joke with yourself, and say "they must be staring at me because I am gorgeous!"... You need to take the seriousness out of it!

Hi, The advice I would give you would be to use the same tools you use for anxiety. Deep breathing, grounding yourself, distracting yourself. Everyone uses something different. What usually works for you when your anxiety soars?
