Yesterday was a successful Day 1 of good, clean eating. I've been logging my food, and I have been trying to have a more positive outlook on things as well. I know that I spent time going easy on myself and not really striving for my weight loss goals because of my binge eating, but now I am stronger and ready to take this challenge on. Will try to post more often to hold myself more accountable, and I definitely love seeing everyone's progress as well. Great job everyone :)

-wonderful. I truly think logging your food -keeps us accountable. Plus we can often see our patterns, like maybe we overeat at a certain time of day. Or we see foods that are very high in calories or sugars or fats! -Best of luck!

YAY! good job. Have you tried planning out your food for the week as well? I find that helps me out because it makes me look forward to things as well as knowing what ill be eating and not having room to just grab something "quick" to shove in my mouth

Planning food for the day has really been the best option for me. I've never planned for an entire week because I find there are way too many variables; If there's an unexpected outing, food is running short in the house, whatever it may be, and I find that I can't eat exactly what I had planned, it makes the prospect of just eating whatever I want much more appealing.
