Calm is finally filling the air around me, a feeling I thought was lost forever. Amid this quiet joy, subtle signs of age begin to surface. The weight of being single starts to press gently, just a little.
I’m afraid this might become the new norm—being single yet yearning for a relationship once more. I miss the warmth of a hug, the comfort of a cuddle, the tenderness of caresses. It’s a quiet torment to think such intimacy could be lost forever.
Some people are lucky and seem to find someone new with out even looking or not much effort. I can tell you from experience be prepare for another break up and be careful some are out to play the field, play games , Trying to work men out .
Im glad you’re calm! I understand the yearning for a relationship, i felt it throughout my teenage years and only found love at 24. My friend used to say that we find someone when we stop looking for it, i cant say its not entirely false. Take your time to heal and focus on yourself and love will come. Best wishes.
