A little overwhelmed today

Only thing that I can think of is write things down and find out what is overwhelming you. I’m overwhelmed cause I think to much . I’m working I’m at work actually and things are OK so far and then I start feeling overwhelmed because I’m saying to myself OK what bad awful thing is going to happen and I start thinking really bad about myself I’m sure that’s part of my illness and then I feel like maybe I should try to keep busy like take a class or something to make myself feel good and I know it’s within me will that help?
@Pauline1234 As long as it doesn’t bring more anxiety on top of what’s already on your plate. Less tests, less stress.
As for me, I’m recovering and I want to move without reminders of my surgery. So I sit more than I should, The walk to my kitchen is a job, by then I can’t stand long to fix what I want. So I eat quite meals like broil steaks, lean cuisine ex. When I want to make whole meals. To exhausting, and overwhelming, No one has to tell me… Go sit down somewhere! Lol
