Hi all.
Just wondering if anyone else is on an antiosychotic which is making you feel sleepy all the time? and what did you do about it? I cant come off my medication as i feel too much anxiety then. what do i do to wake up during the day? ive tried multiple alarms but this doesnt help.
We just got our Support Someone button back up and working so we can see posts that haven’t been commented on. Is this still an issue?
Hi. thanks for the reply, only seeing it now. Im still deciding if i can come off my meds…it is an option for me. i will do it slowly, dont worry. i speak to my psychiatrist. i think i will try, as it may help the sleeping. also, its a mindset. ive got practically nothing to do all day, so i tend to fall into that trap
