anybody else making liquid quetiapine to taper with? i use powdered quetiapine pills and HUMCO suspension agent. i use metric needle-less syringes and adaptor caps on my pharmacy bottles to make drawing out the daily doses easier.

@Laulov22 no the smallest pill is 25mg. Makes reducing by small increments impossible. With liquid compound im able to reduce by 1mg if i need to. The first 300mg wasn’t too hard to reduce but once i got under 100mg it got extremely painful. So i now reduce by 1mg every 18 days. Im also tapering 2 other drugs at the same time that I’ve been on for over 10 years. Polydrug tapers need to be conducted very carefulky and slowly…hence using liquid and syringes to make precise cuts.
