Having a bad day . goot up a bit anxious can’t seem to get rid of it. Not sure exactly why I am anxious Probably because of a few things . 1 been the holidays coming up and here they last longer than a couple of days . I live alone with no real friends everyone will be busy with there family . Some years bad things happened over Christmas relatives died burst pipe got sick every year something happens . Groups will not be on so no support or company .
