Can anyone recommend how to properly do CrossFit exercises without any equipment?

For more clarity, I’m a 5’2 tall woman. I had to quit going to the gym 2 times due to costs and spending more time to focus on my studies. I want to continue doing sports, but I don’t want to stress myself out more by going back home and tirelessly go to gym since I know I’ll be exhausted by the time my classes end. I have to somehow maintain my schedule so I don’t need to wait for summer season to arrive and get a job to earn a single penny to pay the subscription once a month.

If anyone can suggest, I’m very thankful. Thank you for the suggestions.

Is there any exercise you prefer more? I usually do calisthenics exercises, body weight, like sit ups, push ups and things like that. Idk about crossfit exactly but theres gotta be something on youtube and ai can help you too, maybe if you ask where you used to do, if you have the money, if they can give tou some exercises to do at home and teach you how to do properly. One thing i learned is reps dont matter, you gotta do in a nice form

Usually the ones that don’t push my physique levels too much. And when I attempted to do CrossFit exercises for the first time, to the point, where I did 50 alternating lunges, 30 kettlebell swings, 40 sit ups, 20 air squats that made my legs very vulnerable and I’m unable to sit. Worst mistake I ever did. I was trying to do whatever I could to have that dream body, but the trouble thing, is that I don’t have anything to use for exercising, other then using my backpack for doing kettlebell swings. So, yeah, I have no other options. I don’t trust AI, because it’s a machine, and that it gives out useless suggestions that could potentially harm my body, so I’m not going to risk it.

For what it’s worth, here are a couple of exercise sets that I’ve been recommended recently. The only equipment required is a “resistance band”, something like the ones shown on this page. I’m using a blue one.

These exercises are for general health and strength, not for any particular muscle group or specific health issue.

I think the best option is to try to get assistance from someone, maybe someone from the internet that might be cheaper. You already know your body limits and you gotta work around that, maybe less reps and less intensity. As i said you dont really need any equipment, calisthenics works fine but the female body generally sucks for building muscle (as a female i can say that lol i hate it) so we need twice, three times more exercise than man and get creative, everything can be equipment, full water bottles, you said you use backpacks, just dont force yourself

Thank you!

I’m not trying to push up too much. I have to think of something to get my body in a good shape while my income is low. YouTube might help, but I don’t know if they have any specific videos made for women who want to do CrossFit exercises.

I bet there are exercises for women out there but i havent foud as well, if you think about it we all have the same muscles so the exercises dont change, i found yoga to be a great way to move and have some strength, i watch “charlie follows” on youtube and shes my favourite, it helps me to know i moved a bit and it stretches the body

I’ve never done yoga in my life, bu it’s interesting what you explained. How long have you been practising yoga?
