Can you recover from menopause? Does menopause go away if it gets treated? Is it possible to stop having symptoms of menopause? I'm curious to seek answers from older women as I'm a teenage girl.
This is something you don’t have to worry about for many, many, years. It is not something you recover from, it is a stage of life. Like going through puberty but kind of the opposite. A woman’s hormones change and instead of starting menstrual cycles and becoming fertile, your cycle stops and you are no longer fertile. Symptoms vary for each woman as hormone levels change. Some find that hormone replacement helps ease symptoms. It’s a bit more complex than what I have described but this hopefully gives you a better idea of what it is.
