Does anyone else here suffer from adhd as well i know they say adhd and ocd can be very similar

@CKBlossom Honestly i treat it the same as i do with ocd the hard part in all this is that because they feel so similar i get the feeling that what if i just have adhd and not ocd and if i dont have ocd that must mean im bi or gay. Let me tell you man its honestly not easy. I guess i kinda just got use to it over time. The thing that kinda keeps me afloat is remembering my therapist diagnosed me with ocd some time ago and then i googled can adhd and ocd co exist and it said in “some occasions” and i just started to spike like i said its def not easy
@CKBlossom ye i havnt thought of the online thing ill definitely give it a shot I am a bit nervous also in seeking treatment cause im very worried that a therapist will come to the conclussion that im gay or bi or if i discover that im gay or bi. Its a viscous cycle cause ive never had a crush on a guy I’ve only ever liked girls.
