Does anyone know anything about stem cell therapy for ED? Who is doing it and does it work? What State is doing it? Willing to travel.

I haven't heard anything since I posted on urotalk.com injections forums asking about it in 2019 and another member there posted a link to a study that I think was from 2017(???) with the following conclusions...

CONCLUSIONS
Our initial experience suggests that PRFM injections for ED, PD, and female SUI are feasible and safe. Although the limited data is suggestive of efficacy, a placebo control will be required in subsequent efforts for confirmation. Future studies evaluating efficacy of PRFM injections for genitourinary pathology appear warranted.

My take on it back then was that it showed that it could possibly work but more testing and research needed to be done. Perhaps someone knows some more recent results of whether its a bust or not and could chime in here?
