I’m going to do something good. I want everyday to say something I am thankful about.
I am grateful for my dog. She is my dream dog. I couldn’t make her anymore perfect.i saw her photo online. I feel deeply in love with her. I prayed about getting her. And look here we are.

I’m grateful for being able to cook food every day and eat. oh and my 1 fish that has survived in the little pond i made.

I’m excited about this challenge and grateful for the chance to participate. I try to appreciate the small things, even though I sometimes catch myself focusing on what I don’t have, which can lead to comparisons and distractions. Today, I took a walk in the park and looked up at the trees as the wind blew gently, bending them back and forth like a tug of war. Yet, the trees stood firm. It reminded me of the many challenges I’ve faced in life and how I continue to get up and keep going. I don’t consider myself special, but I’m grateful for this inner strength that sustains me in my time of need.

Precticing gratitude is one of the very best things you can do for yourself! I kept a gratitude journal for years, and my outlook on life improved dramatically.
Today I am particularly grateful that my cold is getting better. Also for food, wine, hot water, and lovely people around me
