Has anyone had some success w/ arthritis/bursitis/pain in general by trying 2 cut down on sugar intake? I believe it makes my pain worse.
If I eat a lot of sugar my inflammation is worse the next day. So did you mean it makes your pain worse when yoy cut back on sugar?
@Fohb460 No, I think it makes my pain better–i have less pain the less sugar I eat, at least processed sugar; but if I binge-eat on ice cream or cookies or something with added sugar(in the ingredients), the worse my pain becomes. Does that make sense?
