Has anyone tried online friendships sites to meet new people go hangout with?
Omg, Yes! I have done that a couple of times before and it is really interesting. I only meet with people my age and who are from around my area. At first we met on an online dating website but then when we'd decided to meet, we found out that we had a lot in common but just stayed as friends. It's a great way to boost your confidence and meet different people :)
I have heard good things about meetup.com because you will tend to meet with a group of people who share an interest, and within that group make good connections, while pursuing a passion. I would think a meetup group might be safer because most things are face to face, and in groups? what does the group think?
