Haven't been sleeping well recently. I think maybe some of it is the time of the year. I wake around 1am - 2 am then I can't go back to sleep. So I get up and busy doing things online and around the house. I try to be quiet so as not to wake everybody else. I hope this passes soon. I do tend to get a little grumpy after a few days of being like this. This has been going on for the last couple of weeks.
Am sorry Bluid, it is that time of year though Daylight savings, I noticed I'm feeling sleepy during the day & I never feel that way & thought it might be something else going on w/me.....sure hope not. I do my best to stay consistent so I dont mess up my sleep pattern, maybe we should adjust things by an hour or so.
