Breakfast
"Forget most breakfast cereals, he says. "Many have hidden sugars, are highly refined.
"They may send your blood sugar level rocketing, only to crash shortly after.
"Cornflakes, for example, will disrupt blood sugar levels more than the same amount of white sugar...."
